Referral Circle is a free professional-only tool for finding colleagues and practical resources. You stay in charge of the referral and handle any next steps independently.

Find a therapist

1. Sign in: Sign in
2. Open the therapist search and describe the professional fit you need. Fictional example: “Spanish-speaking therapist for adults in Alberta, virtual sessions, fee up to $150.”
3. Check how the system interpreted your request. Use the available filters to clarify requirements, then press Find matches.
4. Review the match category and any differences. An exact match reflects the recorded profile criteria, not a guarantee of suitability or an available appointment.
5. Review the profile and independently confirm credentials, scope, fees and availability before proceeding. Save useful options if you want to return to them.

Find a resource

Open Resources. Try a fictional example such as “grief support group in Edmonton.” Review the available topic, resource type and location filters, then press Find resources. Check the provider's current details and eligibility before relying on a listing. Search results depend on what has been contributed to the directory.

Keep your own profile useful

Check your current therapy availability and, if applicable, your assessment availability. Keep your main areas of focus specific and accurate.

Never enter names, contact details or identifying client histories. Clients do not need an account, and Referral Circle does not contact them. If you choose to record a referral outcome, use only the fixed choices and information you already know; no client follow-up is requested by the platform.
